You receive a ride confirmation with your drivers details. Contact the driver or Bide at anytime.

When your driver has arrived, they will ask you for your passcode. Only your confirmed driver will be able to verify your passphrase. Once passphrase has been verified you will be notified through Bide that this is your correct driver and may enter the vehicle. If it is not your confirmed driver you will be instantly notified by Bide to not get in the vehicle. A Bide representative will also immediately reach out to you as well.

Bide cares about your safety. All riders will create a unique passphrase. This will be used as a procedure to verify your driver before you get in their car for your ride.

Bide riders may pre-book rides in advance at any time. Simply choose a day, date and time of your choosing. You will be notified when Bide drivers have bid on your future reservations. You may then choose the best choice for you by all available bids or wait for additional bids to come in. Once you select a bid, simply pay for it and you are all set.

On the day of your ride that was booked in advance, you will receive a reminder in advance of your scheduled pickup time.

Here is an example of a customer booking a ride through Bide and ordering multiple food orders for delivery through Bide Bites at the same time. The food has been ordered and the customer has got in their ride on the way to their destination.

In this continuing example, the rider is checking on the status of their multiple food orders while in their Bide ride. The rider can easily switch between their ride and their food orders including viewing on a map where they are in relation to their destination and where their food delivery drivers are as well and their ETAs.

User 1 rates their driver and their performance on their ride.

User 2 reads the drivers reviews including the one wrote by user 1. User 2 books a ride with the driver based on user 1s recommendation.

User 1 who wrote the review receives Phreewards points.

Earn Phreewards and Redeem Discounts Throughout Bide
In thie example, a customer has purchased food for delivery through Bide Bites. The Phreeewards points they earned on their purchase has opened up a higher tier level of discounts and offers including a newly available Bide offer for 10% off any ride. |

When the customer is ready to pay for their ride with Bide, the newly available Bide offer will show up for use. The rider applies the offer and pays the remaining balance which also earns them additional Phreewards points.

Here is an example of a customer who has purchased food through Bide Bites for delivery to their home. In addition, they are also in a ride from Bide on their way home. They have now decided to visit a social media platform. Because they have a Netverse phone, they are able to keep track in real-time of their food delivery order and the ride they are currently in while using any platform on Netverse.
